Unique Fact: I’m nuts about about cycling. I’ve ridden multiple 24-hour solo mountain bike races and multi-day stage races. And yes, I shave my legs.
Prior to Avenue, Jamie spent almost 20 years as an executive coach working with some of the brightest emerging stars in the country. Author of the award-winning book “The Emerging Leader: Identify, Ignite and Retain Your Company’s Next Generation of Leaders” he has addressed audiences across the country on the topics of leadership and high-performance. He’s insatiably passionate about bridging the tremendous potential we each have with the opportunities to impact the organizations and communities we serve.

Tara Ross

Tara Ross
Unique Fact: I have a full repertoire of Disney songs ready to perform at a moment’s notice.
Tara is the VP, Ops & Client Delight at Avenue, where she supports the business through a variety of responsibilities. Tara spent many years in office administration and then in organizational planning and development in a public sector college. She is passionate about the integral part she plays at Avenue in managing the business, creating efficiencies, and projecting future growth/needs, all while curating the company culture and providing stellar service and support for clients, partners, and team members.

Lisa Ross

Lisa Ross
Unique Fact: I have been an avid audiobook listener since 2002 and I’ve listened to more than 500 books – most on at least 2-times speed.
In her role as VP, Experience & Tech, Lisa spearheads the development of our technology platform and helps solve business problems through a design-thinking lens. Having gained specialties in leadership, IT strategy and governance, customer satisfaction and experience, design thinking, and design throughout her career, she brings substantial technical and strategic experience to her role at Avenue.

Anjali Handa

Unique Fact: I’m certified as a makeup artist, energy healer, and meditation teacher!
As the Director of Learning Solutions at Avenue, Anjali leads the design and content development of our products, programs, and initiatives. Anjali has built a well-rounded career in Learning & Development with 10+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Program Facilitation, Group Coaching, and Program & Operations Management. Having been on both the vendor- and client-side of the learning table in various industries (including Advertising, Gaming & Hospitality, Retail, CPG + more), Anjali understands the challenges that come with targeting learner and organizational needs and builds solutions that meet both. Jumping at any opportunity to be creative, Anjali has an unwavering commitment to designing high-quality learning experiences that make a difference for all audiences, both inside and outside of the classroom. Anjali facilitates in English.

Tim Kent

Unique Fact: I love doing home renovations.
As Director of Partnerships, Tim is passionate about meeting new people, learning about new enterprises, and helping companies grow and improve their people and business. He has spent the majority of his career in retail management, working tirelessly to build mutually beneficial partnerships with clients and investing time in finding opportunities to better serve their needs.

Billy Anderson

Billy Anderson
Unique Fact: I have jumped out of an airplane 101 times!
Billy is a professional certified coach, leadership, and coaching workshop facilitator and speaker. After beginning an advertising career in Europe, he moved into team and leadership development, instructing wilderness adventures for Outward Bound and rebuilding a national team for UNICEF Canada. Trained by Adler and certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), he is an expert on courage and purpose in the leadership space and specializes in emerging leaders and creating a values-based culture in organizations. Billy is the author of “Your Comfort Zone Is Killing You” and is also a writer for the careers section of Canada’s national newspaper, The Globe and Mail. He facilitates in English.

Hélène Bellerose

Unique Fact: All three of my children are left-handed!
Hélène is a passionate program leader, facilitator, and coach who became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CTI) in 2011. Hélène excels at facilitation (in both English and French) and inviting participation by creating a space where people strive to be the best they can be. She aims to bring their game to the next level while her vast experience helps make learning relevant and impactful. She is privileged to have worked with clients in a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, media, financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, and academia, while her vast experience makes learning relevant and impactful. Hélène knows that she learns something from every group, and she shares that learning with her participants.

Steve Gazzard

Steve is a passionate International Coaching Federation (ICF) facilitator in professional development who was trained in a process certified by the University of Toronto. Having worked with clients from Toronto to Moscow over the past two decades, his experience spans multiple sectors, including finance, insurance, pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, government, and NGOs. As a “leader’s coach,” Steve is centred on being both challenging and compassionate with his clients and has a reputation for pushing the limits when creating innovative learning processes. Steve facilitates in English.

Daniel Renaud

Daniel Renaud
Unique Fact: I have traveled and been on missions in more than 15 countries in Africa alone. I initiated a project to build a classroom in a village in Tanzania.
Daniel is a passionate professional certified coach and workshop facilitator who believes that everyone he works with, regardless of position, has the potential to be a great leader. After becoming a CPA in 1999, Daniel trained with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in coaching and leadership in 2006, taking him from partner at an accounting firm to humanitarian worker to his present-day career in facilitation and leadership coaching. With a passion for helping clients create clarity and develop their leadership, Daniel currently works across many cultures throughout Africa. Daniel facilitates in both English and French.
